What we do here
We track retailer price hikes on the consumables people buy every month, name the increase specifically, and point readers to alternatives before they overpay. We do not take sponsorships from the retailers or brands we cover. Revenue comes from partner commissions on the refillable and reusable alternatives we recommend, and from bank/credit accounts readers open to stop getting gouged by the financial side of the same problem.
How we pick
Every product on this site clears four bars before we recommend it: real-world evidence (rating, reviews, longevity), reasonable price for what you get, no concerning safety or quality issues, and at least one of us would buy it for someone we care about. We say no to a lot of things, including paid placements.
How we make money
